The 1888 is the Megohmmeter/High Resistance Meter for replacement of the discontinued 1865 Plus Megohmmeter.
- New modern user interface and graphical color display
- View data as a graph, table or numeric during and after the measurement is complete
- Color touchscreen simplifies navigation and entry of parameters. Softkeys and numeric keypad is also provided as a duplicate method of entry.
- USB-2.0, LAN, and GPIB interfaces come standard on the 1888
- Improved basic resistance accuracy of 0.3% as compared with 0.5% for the 1865 Plus
- Improved high resistance accuracy at 10 TΩ of 0.95% as compared with 3.0% for the 1865 Plus
- Improved high resistance accuracy at 100 TΩ of 7.3% as compared with 25% for the 1865 Plus
- Direct reading of measured resistance, current and applied voltage, or resistivity when used with a volume/surface resistivity cell
- Industry standard triaxial detector input
- Delivery with alligator clip cables, for both detector input and voltage output, as shown in the picture above.
